New Wave Festival returns August 8, 2026, to Leila Arboretum in Battle Creek for Year 3.
Vendors are a major part of the New Wave experience. People come to move through the grounds, shop, eat, explore, connect, and discover something they did not expect.
New Wave 2026 already has 40 confirmed vendors and growing.
We are looking for vendors, artists, makers, clothing brands, food vendors, mystic vendors, healers, local businesses, and creative people who fit the energy of the festival.
Vendor load-in begins at 8 AM.
Official vending hours are 12 PM to 8 PM.
The full festival runs from 12 PM to 12 AM.
Final setup details, parking, booth placement, and load-out instructions will be sent closer to the event.
