To apply for a performance slot at the New Wave Festival: Music, Art & Mystics:

Fill Out the Application Form: Provide your personal and professional details, including your name, contact information, and a brief bio.

Musical Background: Describe your music style, experience, and any previous performances.

Submit Music Samples: Provide links to your music, such as tracks, mixes, or live performance videos.

Availability: Indicate your availability during the festival date

Requirements for music artists: You MUST have at least a 30-minute display of your vibe so we can understand what you are about.  I.E Mixes, past performances, etc...

We will look at everything we receive!

How are performers selected?

Performers for the New Wave Festival: Music, Art & Mystics are selected based on talent and their fit. We prioritize stage presence, talent, vibe, and mix quality. Social media clout or follower count isn't our focus; it's all about how well your mix resonates and fits with the festival's atmosphere. We value authentic and engaging performances that captivate our audience.

Criteria for selection and the review process.

What technical support is provided?

The New Wave Festival provides technical support that includes compatibility with various DJ equipment, such as turntables and controllers, using XLR or RCA cords. If specific technical accommodations are needed, performers should indicate these requirements during the registration process.

Can performers sell merchandise?

Yes, performers at the New Wave  Festival are encouraged to sell merchandise. If a booth is required for merchandise sales, performers are eligible for a 50% discount on a vendor spot. This offers a great opportunity for artists to promote and sell their branded items to the festival audience.

Policies on merchandising at the festival.

At the New Wave Festival: Music, Art & Mystics, performers are encouraged to sell their merchandise and keep 100% of the profits. The festival supports artists' growth and success, and providing a platform to sell merchandise is part of this commitment. If a vendor booth is needed for selling merchandise, performers will receive a 50% discount on the vendor spot. This policy is designed to facilitate and encourage artists to promote and sell their products to festival attendees.

Are travel and accommodation covered?

Travel and accommodation costs for performers at the New Wave Festival are not covered. The festival provides a platform and location for artists to showcase their talents, but performers are responsible for arranging and funding their travel and accommodations. This arrangement allows the festival to focus on creating the best possible platform for artists to succeed and gain exposure.

What is the performance duration for music performances?

45 minutes to 1 hour.
